At BJJ Fanatics, we stand by our instructional content and gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all physical merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your physical gear, including all original packaging and tags, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
